Dr Regiani’s son, Joseph, works in the office, too, paying the staff their earned wages. In his college years, Joe worked in the lab, learning basic skills from Mary. While he had originally planned to become a dentist like his dad, Joe instead went into the building trades.

He renovated and sold distressed homes for about eight years, before turning his attention to accounting and business management.
