Dr. Robert Leach joins Regiani Holistic Dental Center with a lifelong commitment to caring for people—not just their teeth. With more than four decades of clinical experience, he has always believed that oral health is inseparable from whole‑body well‑being.

For over 40 years, Dr. Leach practiced in Grand Blanc, Michigan, where he founded and led a practice known for its integrative, patient‑centered approach and its emphasis on trust, communication, and exemplary clinical care.

He has served as an adjunct clinical professor at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry and as teaching faculty for Invisalign Clear Aligner Orthodontics, helping train future dentists in modern, biologically informed treatment.

Throughout his career, Dr. Leach has been recognized for clinical expertise, award‑winning patient care, and a lifetime of continuing education dedicated to excellence, compassion, and supporting families in achieving long‑term health. His approach is rooted in listening, clear communication, and helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and empowered.
His service extends beyond dentistry: he spent 30 years as a National Ski Patrol volunteer and received the Michigan State Police Distinguished Citizen Award for lifesaving CPR.

Born and raised in Michigan, Dr. Leach has deep roots in the community. He and his wife Jill have been married nearly 50 years, and together they’ve raised three children and now enjoy five wonderful grandchildren.

Family is at the heart of everything he does, and he brings that same spirit into his practice—treating every patient like family.

Dr. Leach loves caring for patients of all ages and often says, “We love kids from age 2 to 102.”
